Anger Management


If you ever feel the need to punch someone in the face here are some ways to resolve that anger.
  • If your angry just punch a pillow,
  • Or take it out on a drawing,
  • Make a text then delete it,
  • Do something fun to get that thought out of your head,
  • Have some time to yourself to resolve the anger.
