If you ever feel the need to punch someone in the face here are some ways to resolve that anger.
- If your angry just punch a pillow,
- Or take it out on a drawing,
- Make a text then delete it,
- Do something fun to get that thought out of your head,
- Have some time to yourself to resolve the anger.
